of Toyota Motors Japan) managing and supervising corporate regulatory compliance, some areas of treasury, corporate
reporting, financial analysis for management decision making and investments & management of Employees retirement
benefit funds. Previously, I worked for 2 years as an Audit Consultant at PIFRA (a World Bank project to improve
auditing and financial reporting in the Auditor General of Pakistan) and 4 years as an Audit Supervisor with KPMG
TASEER HADI & CO. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS (a member firm of KPMG International). This exposure to
a wide spectrum of work experiences has provided me with an inside view of the key business processes within an
organization, accounting and internal control systems, corporate governance and regulatory as well as accounting
framework of an array of industries. Equally important, it has enriched me professionally and equipped me with the
