This License Agreement is a legal contract between you (either as an individual

or as an entity) and BRAINWY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME for the LiClipse Software.

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using the So
ftware. Installation or use of the Software indicates your acceptance of this Li
cense Agreement.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties
, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is lice
nsed, not sold.
The Software may not be rented or leased to others, and the conditions of this s
ale apply to the purchaser in any resale.
Evaluation Version
This is NOT a free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed
to use the Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of thir
ty (30) days. To use the Software after the 30-day evaluation period, you must b
uy a license. Unlicensed use of the Evaluation Version of the Software after the
thirtieth (30th) day of evaluation period is a violation of this License Agreem
ent.
Single User License
With a a single user license, you are granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable l
icense to use the Software on any computer as long as the product is used solely
by the user for which the license was generated. This license does not expire b
ut it can be used solely with the version of the software it was bought for.
Single User Eternal License
With a a single user license, you are granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable l
icense to use the Software on any computer as long as the product is used solely
by the user for which the license was generated. This license does not expire a
nd can be used with any version of the software.
Multi User License
Multi User licenses may only be acquired by an organization and can only be used
by employees of the organization to which the license was licensed. With a Mult
i User License you are granted a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to insta
ll the Software to any number of computers, but within a week the maximum number
of different users using this license may not exceed the number of users availa
ble in the license. i.e. if you have a 2 user license, within a week only 2 diff
erent users may use the license. This license does not expire but it can be use
d solely with the version of the software it was bought for.
Upgrades
Unless otherwise indicated, a valid license to use the registered version includ
es the right to install free version updates, patches, bug-fixes only within the
same major version of the software for which a license was bought. i.e. if you
bought it for version 1.0 you won't be able to upgrade to version 2.0 without ac
quiring a new license.
Distribution
Provided that you are distributing the evaluation version and NOT the registered

version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation versi
on of the Software as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation ver
sion to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the Software in its unm
odified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any
such copies, however made; and from distributing the Software with other product
s (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
You may NOT redistribute any derivative works of the Software without prior writ
ten permission from BRAINWY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS.
You may not disclose, publish, translate, rent, lease, transfer, export or other
wise make the Software available in any form, to any person or entity, except as
expressly licensed herein. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
the Software or in any way reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.
COPYRIGHT.
The Software and Documentation are copyrighted by BRAINWY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME and a
re protected by international copyright laws. The product contains copyrighted s
oftware of BRAINWY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME. All rights reserved. You agree not to remov
e any trademarks or copyright notices from the Software or Documentation.
Term and Termination
If you have acquired an evaluation version, the license granted herein shall aut
omatically terminate thirty (30) days after you first install such version. Subs
equent downloads, installations or use of the evaluation version by or for you w
ill not extend, renew, or otherwise restart the term of the license. The license
granted for the commercial version will continue until it is terminated. BRAINW
Y SOFTWARE LTDA-ME may terminate any license granted herein if you fail to compl
y with the terms of this License Agreement. Upon the termination of a license fo
r any reason, you must promptly destroy all copies of the software covered by t
he license.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
BRAINWY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY FOR THE SOFTWARE. THE
SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WAR
RANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON
-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE
REMAINS WITH YOU.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAINWY SOF
TWARE LTDA-ME OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, A
NY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE O
F OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUP
PORT SERVICES, EVEN IF BRAINWY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBIL
ITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
General

This License Agreement will be governed by the laws of Brazil. This License Agre
ement may only be modified by a license addendum, which accompanies this License
Agreement or by a written document which has been signed, by both you and BRAIN
WY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME. This License Agreement has been written in the English lang
uage only and is not to be translated or interpreted in any other language. Pric
es, costs and fees for use of LiClipse are subject to change without notice to y
ou. In the event of invalidity of any provision of this License Agreement, the i
nvalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Licens
e Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
You agree that this Agreement expresses the entire understanding between you and
BRAINWY SOFTWARE LTDA-ME, and supersedes all other communications, oral or writ
ten, relating to the Software.
