systems.Travelingintothespineandbrain,theywillbeabletomonitortheactivityandstructureofourcentralnervoussystem.Theywillbeabletoprovide
aninterfacewithcomputersthatisascloseasourmindcanbewhilewestillresideinourbiologicalform.Nanobotscouldalsocarefullyscanthestructureof
ourbrain,providingacompletereadoutoftheconnectionsbetweeneachneuron.Theywouldalsorecordthecurrentstateofthebrain.Thisinformation,

Sensoryinput:
Whenoureyesseesomethingorourhandstouchawarmsurface,thesensorycells,alsoknownasNeurons,sendamessagestraighttoyourbrain.This
actionofgettinginformationfromyoursurroundingenvironmentiscalledsensoryinputbecauseweareputtingthingsinyourbrainbywayofyoursenses.
Integration:
Integrationisbestknownastheinterpretationofthingswehavefelt,tasted,andtouchedwithoursensorycells,alsoknownasneurons,intoresponsesthat
thebodyrecognizes.Thisprocessisallaccomplishedinthebrainwheremany,manyneuronsworktogethertounderstandtheenvironment.

Onceourbrainhasinterpretedallthatwehavelearned,eitherbytouching,tasting,orusinganyothersense,thenourbrainsendsamessagethrough
neuronstoeffectercells,muscleorglandcells,whichactuallyworktoperformourrequestsandactuponourenvironment.Thewordmotoroutputiseasily

Nose
Oncethesmelloffoodhasreachedyournose,whichislinedwithhairs,ittravelstoanolfactorybulb,asetofsensorynerves.Thenerveimpulsestravel
throughtheolfactorytract,around,inacircularway,thethalamus,andfinallytothesmellsensorycortexofourbrain,locatedbetweenoureyeandear,
whereitisinterpretedtobeunderstoodandmemorizedbythebody.
Eye
Seeingisoneofthemostpleasingsensesofthenervoussystem.Thischerishedactionprimarilyconductedbythelens,whichmagnifiesaseenimage,
vitreousdisc,whichbendsandrotatesanimageagainsttheretina,whichtranslatestheimageandlightbyasetofcells.Theretinaisatthebackoftheeye
ballwhererodsandconesstructurealongwithothercellsandtissuescoverttheimageintonerveimpulseswhicharetransmittedalongtheopticnervetothe
brainwhereitiskeptformemory.
Tongue
Asetofmicroscopicbudsonthetonguedivideeverythingweeatanddrinkintofourkindsoftaste:bitter,sour,salty,andsweet.Thesebudshavetaste
pores,whichconvertthetasteintoanerveimpulseandsendtheimpulsetothebrainbyasensorynervefiber.Uponreceivingthemessage,ourbrain
classifiesthedifferentkindsoftaste.Thisishowwecanreferthetasteofonekindoffoodtoanother.
Ear
Oncethesoundorsoundwavehasenteredthedrum,itgoestoalargestructurecalledthecochlea.Inthissnaillikestructure,thesoundwavesaredivided
intopitches.ThevibrationsofthepitchesinthecochleaaremeasuredbytheCorti.Thisorgantransmitsthevibrationinformationtoanerve,whichsendsit

tothebrainforinterpretationandmemory.
Uploadinghumanbrain:
