To Present Sr. Training Consultant. Experienced in the roles of project management, coach,
technical lead, training analysis, design, development and delivery on multiple projects.
While working at RWD developed and delivered Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

courses for enterprise learning systems. Deliverables included developing of business
process flows so that the client’s personnel understand their individual roles in relation to
the entire process. Developed end user training materials consisting of concepts,
exercises, job aids, quick references, work instructions, simulations, and eLearning
storyboards for SAP versions 4.0, 4.6, 4.7, 5.0 and ECC. Experience in the SAP SD,
FI/CO, BW, MM, IM, WM, PS, and CRM modules, in addition to designing SAP
security profiles. Representative projects include:
♦ Johnson and Johnson Crossroads – Working remotely, developed training courses for the
Planning and Manufacturing area in an SAP upgrade to ECC 6.0. The areas covered included
capacity planning, production execution, production master data, production planning, and
production scheduling. Additionally a planning and manufacturing overview class was put
together. Also developed and edited task work instructions.
♦ HD Supply – Delivered a Train-the-Trainer program to credit department trainers. Also
developed exercises for end users who perform financial billing and for credit personnel who
utilize SAP’s CRM system. Assisted with developing exercise data and performed technical
edits on conceptual materials.
♦ Johnson and Johnson Neutrogena – Served in the role of technical lead for the Forecast to
Stock – Manufacturing area in an SAP upgrade to ECC 6.0. Oversaw a team of developers
creating training courseware for plant and warehouse master data, warehouse processes,
inventory count and control, shop floor processes, process order controlling, how to use radio
frequency in the plant, and how to navigate through the SAP portal. Materials developed
included: concept presentations, task work instructions, exercises, and course assessments. It
was necessary to work very closely with Neutrogena personnel to develop a thorough
understanding of the manufacturing processes involved so that the materials developed were
relevant to the production and warehouse personnel’s needs.
♦ Freeport McMoRan (mining company) – Delivered training to both trainers and end users in
SAP for Receiving, Inventory Management, Shipping, Hand-Held Shipping, Purchasing, and
AR/Credit and Collections. Also reviewed and provided feedback on previously developed
course materials as well as assisted with data development and testing.
♦ Arizona Electric Power Cooperative (AEPCO) (a public utility) – Functioned in the role of
training lead/project manager and analyzed training needs, as well as designed, developed,
and edited courseware for SAP modules FI/CO, SD, PS, PM, MM, HCM, ESS, and Security.
Oversaw a team of developers that created work instructions, simulations, and presentations.
Delivered a Train-the-Trainer session to client instructors and provided AEPCO with SAP
basic navigation and general reporting courses.
♦ Toyota Financial Services – The lead trainer in delivering CRM training to customer service
personnel in the areas of contract origination and servicing, inbound/outbound customer
service, remarketing (inventory liquidation), and business partner master data management.
♦ Amgen – Acted as technical lead/project manager for designing and creating course materials
in the SAP ECC5.0 FI/CO module. Oversaw a team of developers who created courseware for
costing, fixed assets, general ledger, project systems, cash management, money market, and
consolidations. Additionally, delivered Train-the-Trainer sessions to course instructors.
Stepped in and delivered training on how to work with the reporting tools in the SAP BI
Warehouse to managers and end users. Proofed and tested materials across all SAP modules,
including simulations, printed materials, business process procedures, and quick reference
guides.
♦ Allergan – Designed and created course materials in role as a developer for a call center CRM
project. Courses were developed for customer service representatives, supervisors, and
managers. Helped in designing file structure so that the client could easily locate necessary
training materials.
♦ James Hardie – Training lead for follow-up activities and facilitated the transitioning of the
training from RWD development to the client’s trainers. Developed and delivered a Train-the-
Trainer course for James Hardie trainers. Facilitated pilot training for all of the James Hardie
trainers by providing feedback and insight as to how course presentations could be maximized

for greatest learning impact. Reviewed and edited training material and developed new
courseware for mines process (MM, SD, and Logistics).
♦ Genentech, Inc. – Developed training material as a subject matter lead in multiple areas,
including Logistics, FI, MM, and WM. Designed and developed the file structure for
organizing training materials, set up a system for analyzing transaction importance, helped in
the delivering of RWD Info Pak training, and mentored development personnel on creating
training documentation. My overall business process knowledge served well in acting as a
liaison between developers and the client, making certain that all necessary information was
provided to developers so that courseware was developed on schedule. Was responsible for
working with key client personnel to ensure that course development coincided with process
changes.
♦ CCSD – The training lead, and developed and delivered training materials in multiple SAP
modules, including SD, Logistics, Controlling, Project Systems, Time Management, and
SRM. Developed and delivered Train-the-Trainer presentations. Created and modified course
outlines and was responsible for maintaining status information on training development and
liaising with other functional units to ensure that all understood the scope and needs of
training development.
♦ Cameco – Modified and delivered training on SAP modules in Warehouse Management,
Inventory Management, and Physical Inventory to miners.
♦ Warner Bros. – Reviewed, edited, and tested training materials on both SAP Banking and
Consolidations for delivery in various European countries on this project. Tested online help,
created data, and edited various FI and AR documents.
♦ Clark County School District (CCSD) – Performed a needs analysis for this client. Based on
his understanding of the client’s procedures he then developed and designed a training plan,
as well as course outlines. Worked on role design and a course to role mapping.
