yang ada dari desaim tersebut. Ini adalah denah dari desain rumah tersebut. Rumah ini memiliki
luas tanah 165 m2 dengan luas bangunan 89 m2. Rumah ini memiliki 3 kamar tidur, 2 kamar
mandi, 1 ruang tamu, 1 ruang makan dan ruang keluarga, 1 dapur, 1 gudang, dan 1 car port, dan
juga taman di bagian depan dan belakang.
Rumah ini memiliki 10 uraian pekerjaan yaitu :
1. Pekerjaan tanah dan pondasi dengan total biaya 40.36 juta rupiah
2. Pekerjaan pasangan dengan total biaya 110 juta rupiah
3. Pekerjaan atap dengan total biaya 58.18 juta rupiah
4. Pekerjaan plafon dengan total biaya 12.58 juta rupiah
5. Pekerjaan lantai dengan total biaya 35.2 juta rupiah
6. Pekerjaan plumbing dengan total 6.28 juta rupiah
7. Pekerjaan pintu, jendela dan pengunci dengan total biaya 16.4 juta rupiah
8. Pekerjaan sanitair dengan total biaya 13.33 juta rupiah
9. Pekerjaan listrik dengan total biaya 11.4 juta rupiah
10. Pekerjaan finishing dengan total biaya 48.58 juta rupiah
Rumah ini menggunakan dinding bata dari Negara, atap dengan rangka baja, penutup atap
menggunakan genteng kodok merek goodyear, dengan plafond gifsum dan rangka metal furring,
keramik menggunakan granit, pipa air dengan tipe PVC, sanitair dengan closet duduk merek toto
dan pemanas air tipe ariston, kelistrikan dengan lampu downlight merek Philips, stop kontak
dan saklar merek broco, cat tembok vinilex untuk interior dan exterior. Rumah ini diselesaikan
dengan total biaya 350 juta rupiah

This house uses a brick wall from Negara, the roof with steel frame, roof
tile uses frog roof tile with brand goodyear, plafond ceiling gifsum and
frame metal furring, ceramic uses granite ceramic ,water pipes with PVC
type, sanitary with toilet seat brand toto and water heater brand ariston ,
electricity downlight with Philips brand, outlet and switch brands broco,
wall paint for interior and exterior uses VINILEX brand. The house
finish with total cost about 350 million rupiahs.
