These coil cars are designed for any kind of load. From many
coils (1, 2, 3, or 4) in any position, to moulds (platform type).
The coil car structure is manufactured with S275 steel and
S355 steel. They are strong materials built according to FEM
and DIN EN 13155 standards.

Estos carros se disean para todo tipo de cargas. Desde

varias bobinas (1, 2, 3, o 4), en culquier posicin, hasta
moldes o matrices (tipo plataforma).
La estructura del carro se fabrica con aceros S275 Y S355.
Son elementos robustos construidos segn normas FEM y
DIN EN 13155.

These transportation elements can be manufactured for coil

cars running on rails, AGV coil cars (remote control), radio
control coil cars (outings with protection) and steel sheets
coil cars.

de traslacin por rales, carros autnomos por control remoto
(AGV), carros autnomos por control de radio (exteriores con
proteccin) , carros para chapas de acero.

Our manufactured products allow the configuration of cradles

from 1 to 4 coils, that can be oriented in the direction of travel
or in perpendicular.

The material we have used in the chasis is: S275 steel for
beams and S355 steel for the rest of materials.

ACABADO

FINISH
The finish of our products is sandblasted Sa 2,5 in
accordance with ISO 8503-2:1.996 norms. Afterwards, a 50
micras thick of polyurethane epoxi primer (RAL 1028).

IN ACCORDANCE WITH
We comply with the provisions in the directives of the
European Parlament and from the Council 2006/42/CE, on
17th May 2006, regarding the approach of several legislations
of the member states on machinery and 2004/108/CE, on
15th December 2004, regarding the approach of several
legislations of the member states about electromagnetic
compatibility, and it has been manufactured in accordance
with the following norms:
- UNE-EN ISO 12100 - 1:2004. Security on machines.
Basic concepts, main principles for its design. Part 1: Basic
terminology, methodology.
- UNE-EN ISO 12100- 2:2004. Security on machines. Basic
concepts, main principles for its design. Part 2: Technical
principles.
- UNE-EN 13155:2004+A2:2009. Cranes. Security, static
equipment for lifting loads.
- UNE-EN ISO 3834-1:2006. Quality requisites for fusion
welding of metallic materials. Part 1: Criteria for the proper
level selection of quality requisites.

El acabado de nuestros productos es chorreado Sa 2,5

segn normas ISO 8503-2:1.996. Posteriormente capa de
imprimacin epoxi poliuretano de 50 micras de espesor (RAL
1028).

Cumplimos con las disposiciones de las directivas del

mayo de 2006, relativa a la aproximacin de legislaciones

of control: driven by rail or by remote control. Under the
requisites of the customer we design the power supply,
wheels and the top section that fits best with its use. Besides,
you can add other accessories as weighing.
