Good Afternoon, my name is sthefanny chaparro; I am English student of level

five.
My option is the second one, and has three questions.
The first question is: What kind of sleep problems do teenagers suffer from? An
the second is: Did you suffer from any of these problems?
Well, according to the listening of the unit three, teenagers suffer many sleep
problems, like when some teenagers can not sleep on nights and because of
that, they can not wake up on the morning cause they feel they havent had
enough sleep. There are several causes to this problems, for example: I think
that one of them is the usage of cellphones at nights, because this makes the
mind be always busy and therefore, this one can not rests as it should be. That
is why some teenagers usually lose sleep at nights.
Another cause can be the stress teenagers experiment in their daily life at
school or university. In relation with the above idea, the mind has different

worries, as the exams, quizes, written works, readings, etc. Also, the burn the
midnight oil can contribute to the origin of these sleep problems. In my
personal view, I had some sleep problems during last semester, because of the
worries about studying for midterms and works.
The third question is: Do you think changing start times for school would
decrease teenagers sleep problems? Well, I think that changing start times for
school would not decrease teenagers sleep problems, because this is only one
of the causes. I think that the main problem is know how to manage stress
properly in order to decrease this kind of sleep problems. Independently of the
times at schools, if you can not manage the stress in the right way, you can not
decrease your sleep problems. Other solution, is the power naps that are short
sleeps in the middle of the working day that helps you to have more energy, do
your job adequately, and make better decisions at school or university.
