hazard, emergency and first aid
treatment guide.
5. Ensure issuance of Physical
Protective Equipment (PPE) to all
employees at the project site.

Recipients to HRMD-Main for HRISWorkers deduction encoding.
7. Ensure compliance of all employees
with the set standard rules and
regulation for Safety and Health.
8. Make an incident report if there is
any and inform HRMD-Main.
9. Provide first aid treatment to minor
injuries at the Project Site.
10. Coordinate with the nearest Health
Facility/Hospital for emergency cases.
11. Inform Engineers/HRMD-Main for
medical treatment expenses and
reimbursement if applicable, secure
all receipts.
