SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, SATURNINA D. ABRACOSA vda. de BIGASIN, of legal age, Filipino citizen,
widow and with residence address at No. 13 Masambahin Street, Teachers Village, Quezon
City, do hereby name constitute and appoint my niece, ARLENE P. GAMBOA, of legal age,
Filipino citizen, married and a resident of same address, as my true and lawful Attorney-inFact
with full authority for and in my name, place and stead, to do or perform the following acts and
deeds to wit:
1. To represent me with any person or office where my presence is
required in all matters of interest to me;
2. To file a Petition for the issuance of a second copy of the Owners
Copy of that Transfer Certificate of Title (T.C.T.) No. RT-79750 of
the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City, of which the undersigned
Principal is the registered owner; to make representations in
hearings if necessary regarding said undertaking;
3. To use the above-mentioned land title as collateral in securing a
loan from any person or entity; to sign and execute the Deed of
Real Estate Mortgage and receive the proceeds thereof for and in
my behalf;
4. To claim, collect the proceeds of my GSIS Pension;
5. To receive and acknowledge receipt, sign and execute any paper
document or writing in relation with the foregoing purpose and
generally to do or perform any act or deed necessary or that may
be required in furtherance of this authority.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full authority to do or
perform every act and thing requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney- in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of
this presents.

and appoint LEONILA CASTILLO, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Poblacion
39, Infanta Quezon, as my true and lawful Attorney-inFact with full authority for and in my
name, place and stead, to do or perform the following acts and deeds to wit:
1. To withdraw from my dollar Savings Account No. 1994-0020-11 EFCDU 0071475
the amount of THREE HUNDRED [US$300.00] DOLLARS every month at the
LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, INFANTA BRANCH Infanta Quezon;
The money not withdrawn on or before the end of a certain month shall not be
doubled for the next month, which means that the herein attorney-in-fact shall
lose her right to withdraw the money on the past month/s;
2. To sign for me and in my name the necessary withdrawal slip and all legal
papers need be signed by me in connection with the said withdrawals.
3. This authority is being made effective for a period of ten (10) years from the date
hereof.

perform every act and thing requisite or necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and ratifying and
