To Whom It May Concern:

Dear Sir/ Madam
This refers to the above-captioned wherein we respectfully request your good office to allow us to take delivery
of the of the loaded import containers from pier zone to our warehouse located at Merville PARANAQUE
CITY and shall be transferred by our authorized brokerage/forwarder, Columbia Transport Inc. Inc.
We shall who instruct our trucker to perform physical inspection and checking of the container to note if there
are any damages or exception prior to trucking out from the pier zone. Any exception will be noted on the EIR
issued by the terminal operator. It is understood that after the inspecton was made by the trucker within the pier
zone and no exception were reported in the IER, we hereby guarantee that the container(s) is are free from any
damage and defects. That any damage and defects found by the consignee upon receipt of the containers, the
same shall be the responsibility of our company. Likewise, our company further warrants that it will pay and
reimburse your company for any damage it incurred as a result of the defects in the containers.
We hereby guarantee the safe return of the mentioned container(s) in good order condition and free from any
damages to your designated depot WITHIN 72 HOURS or 3 DAYS after the withdrawal from customs zone. In
returning the units to your yard, we shall instruct the trucking company to secure the BENLINE
INTERCHANGE RECEIPT before it is delivered back to your yard.
It is further understood that this letter of guarantee may used against us if we fail to return the containers due to
loss, damage or misdelivery giving rise to litigation in count. We hold ourselves to put all the necessary charges
due in accordance with your existing company regulation.
Likewise, we hold your company free and harmless from any liability that may rise from your doing so, We
obligate ourselves to settle any and all charges immediately if any..
Lastly, we hereby agree that the container deposit shall be automatically forfeited after one (1) year from the
time the container are returned and the deposit remains unclaimed from Ben line Agencies Philippines Inc.
