In May I was very pissed off and investigating the arson on Werner's Farm and the
cops harassment of him Then me and the RCMP had a very big showdown in short
order and i kicked them in the nuts bigtime..
As I said I know nothing of your family's affairs and it is illegal to for a layman to give D
legal advice. That is why I suggested your folks introduce me to a lawyer. The RCMP ec
will do anything to corner me and try to prove I have done something wrong before
our hoedown in court. that said the reverse is true also i suspect if their lawyer gives
my documents to the Crown their troubles will melt away. It has happened before
already a few times.
That said everyone is entitled to due process of law and the CBC s pin on this matter
alone is very questionable indeed. Good luck finding a lawyer to sue anyone oyour
behalf though. that is how my family's troubles began.
You or anyone can ask me about my concerns about the RCMPthey work for us all
and we have every right to question and complain of their failings. Check my records
and do with them what you will. Most are legal document properly filed in the public
record of court.. The Crown won't tell ya about them because the RCMP etc would
suffer the consequences of it all Tis all.

Clearly I have save some records from the internet about your matters and my opinions about
the Crown's malice towards the electorate before they go "Poof" as usual. Before anyone calls me
anymore names, perhaps they should read the following and start hiring lawyers. Tell them to get a
number and stand in line because my lawsuit against Her Majesty the Queen gets first kick at the can of
worms in every Act of Parliament that I have studied thus far. Correct Mr. Allman?
I must say it agravates me greatly to know that the men I am named after died defending your nativeland
so that years later you could immagrate here and maliciously prosecute a decent German immigrant for
the benefit of the Crown in an attempt to cover up the wrongs it has practiced against him. I told you two
years ago the you should start acting within the scope of your employment before I sued the Crown and
brought your name into the fray. Trust that this family fued means less that nothing to me. I said it out of
the gate in the RCMP Youtube. It is the actions of the Crown that should concern everyone in Canada
even the people who call me names.
I must ask again Mr. allman what the Hell did the Crown and the RCMP in particular do with the evidence
of murder I have given you people over the years.
That is still a Capital Crime EH?

Our forensic labs do not process testing on animals in cases such as yours, they are referred to the
Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown who can provide these services. If you do not choose to
utilize their expertise in this
instance, then that is your decision and nothing more can be done.
As for your other concerns regarding the US Government, false imprisonment and Federal Court Dates
in the US, etc... it is clear that Federal authorities are aware of your concerns both in Canada and theUS.
These issues do not fall into the purvue of Detachment policing in Petitcodiac, NB.

He could've set more then just one fire and if you look closely he's setting fire to a building which could
have occupants inside at the time so if it did catch fire he could (im not sure) be charged with attemted

partial clip fr 1 camera angle now imagine if you will what was taped from the other camera's on the

well, its easy. Talk to the guy. Find out where he was during the time in question. If he didn't do it, then
there shouldn't be a problem. But when you look at the still image, I mean there is a face there. The
RCMP posted that video to ID the guy. If he looks like someone, then that person should be questioned.
And anyone who thinks he looks like someone they know, should report that to the authorities.

By posting who I think it looks like doesn't mean there was any involvement on my part. It simply states
that someone in Salisbury looks like the arsonist. Isn't that what the video is on here for?? The cops want
to know who it is. Well, I think it looks a hell of a lot like him. Of course the cops will do their job and find
out if it is him. But by putting out names or a name of someone who might look like him, should only be to
the benefit of the RCMP.

i wondering if they found that guy that burned down that old mans trailer. wonder if those guys had a big

CERTAIN people have been making trouble for themselves and doing wrong by others for a long time. I

Rest assured if alarmed I will respond far quicker than any RCMP/GRC can quit eating a donut. Under
law a hired hand like the Sergeant-at-Arms in the Legislature has every right to properly defend his
employer's property to the best of his ability in reaction to the threat at hand and the assistance available

younger,then had a head on collision with a drunk driver that left him with a head injury & constant pain

And actually, this youtube page is about the arson video above. We all know that Chris Maynhar is the
guy on the video setting this fire to the Hopper property, and that he was best buds with mike Tingley.
The reason the RCMP have this on here is to jogg the publics memory and hopefully to have someone
come forth with the evidence needed to lay charges from this arson&the others. Maynhar has been
questioned but has not been arrested yet.Funny how 6days after being detained,cops raid Tingleys.

New Brunswick RCMP are using the video sharing website YouTube in an attempt to capture an arsonist.
"We want to get this video to as many people as possible in the shortest period of time," said RCMP Sgt.
Maurice Comeau on Friday.
This is the first time the RCMP in New Brunswick have used You Tube to help solve a case, Comeau
said. "We're being innovative and using the latest technology available."
Police have been investigating a series of six apparent arsons in the Petitcodiac area, southwest of
Moncton. The first blaze was in June and the most recent was set on Dec. 31.
The fires have been set to a camp, a building, a house construction site and garages. Shots have also
been fired at some homes on those properties.
The video evidence, caught by a surveillance camera at one of the fire sites, has been posted on
YouTube on the hopes that someone will recognize a man in the pictures, Comeau said.
The footage from a home in Albert County shows a man throwing liquid from a gasoline container onto a
building and then lighting it on fire.

If anyone bothered to read the pdf file I sent last night they would see that that I had a signed letter from
Yankees Eliot Spitzer (who knows very well my efforts as whistleblower against the wrongful actions of
the US Treasury Dept.) and Senator John McCain discussing Canadian politics etc before I returned to
Canada in 2005 and ran in the election of the 39th Parliament
I have no doubt whatsoever many lawyers in private practice in New Brunswick and Crown
Attornies everywher have discussed my emails that were posted in many places on the Internet such as
within the link of the Wall Street Journal's Law Blog posted above (My comments are inserted below.)
I truly believe when The US Senate began deleting their records last year and websites such as the
following one were created by people I don't know as he ran for President this year and the Enonomy
were in the toilet the RCMP were ordered to attack me.
A Mann Act prosecution? When was the last time the FBI used wiretaps and a dozen agents from two
field offices to target a local call girl ring with no mob ties? Pause, the answer is never. And there was no
evidence anywhere that Spitzer used public funds to pay for his trysts, unlike almost all other politicians,
Republican or Democratic.
If one of those FBI agents in the Spitzer case leaks out information on the Washington, DC planning
sessions to get Spitzer, there will be hell to pay at the FBI.
Whos on First with the Least, and what is with this talk of tip of the spear, that is meaningless.

WASHINGTON - A government watchdog on Friday demanded an investigation of whis tleblower
complaints that federal aviation officials failed to fully pursue on runway safety problems brought to their
attention.
Special Counsel Scott Bloch said in three letters to Transportation Secretary Mary Peters that the Federal
Aviation Administration did not adequately respond to complaints from air traffic controllers about the
potential for collisions involving planes taking off and landing on intersecting runways at airports in
Memphis, Tenn., and Newark, N.J.
There is a substantial likelihood that conditions at the two airports create a substantial and specific
danger to public safety, Bloch said in the letters, which were obtained by The Associated Press.
