o We need to monitor ATB and active parts of Ford to avoid scorecard deductions
o ATB from Ford is already at the system. Marcos needs to verify the raw materials availability before
advising how we can serve Ford

Production team was able to complete 13k pcs last week resulting to 66.67% adherence result due ANFUSE
issue
As per Sergio, issue was related to the Molding tool, it had some cavities damaged by the stamping die
progression, both issues were fixed late and are under evaluation.
This week is target to run 170k pcs

o 118P resistors from Crestwood did not conform the standards. old supplier (Vishay) already OB the
parts
o 108P no more resistor. Next availability will be on 3/27 per Monica

o 104P, 113P and 110P very high requirements
FUSE HOLDERS
We got 100% production volume adherence from last week production
This week is target to run 110k pcs
We need to stabilize production on the following weeks to 100k
Sales is very low at 44k pcs

We are behind our schedule due to machine issues

This week is target to run 340k pcs to recover some of the quantity we missed last week
Sales is high at 246k pcs

Very high requirements from Tyco, WPG, Setron, Fujikura, Shnaghai Charles, Globe
With returns from TTI >> 170k pcs expected to be used to serve customer orders
