1. For internationally refereed journal:

List of editorial board members (with affiliations) Sample table of contents of any past issue List of major databases where the journal is indexed Publishers information SCI, SSCI or COMPENDEX Number Other relevant information about the journal 2. For case clearing houses: Case review process List of editorial board members (with affiliations) Sample table of contents of any past issue Publishers information Other relevant information about the case clearing house 3. The DPRC will review the journal and make recommendation based on the information provided by the student or Program Committee Chair. Thus, it is important to ensure that complete information is provided to Registry so that appropriate recommendation can be made by the DPRC. 4. Registry will compile the recommendations from the DPRC members. If majority agreed to accept the journal without any need for discussion, the journal will be accepted and the decision will be relayed to the student and Program Committee Chair. If a member suggested discussion of the journal in the DPRC meeting, the journal will be reviewed in the scheduled monthly DPRC meeting. The DPRCs recommendations are reported to the Academic Senate.
Revised based on DPRC meetings of 14 & 21 March, 11 April 2012 and 14 Nov 2012, 14 August 2013
