Process Approach to Management:


1. Management Processes. The processes of planning and providing resources
for basic and supporting processes, and monitoring and measuring overall
performance of the quality management system and customer satisfaction.
Management responsibility. The process of defining responsibilities,
policies, and strategies for the organization.
Resource Management. The process where top-level management
provides financial and other resources in order to ensure the execution of
these processes.
Measurement, analysis and improvement. The process where
management demonstrates
conformance with requirements for product (e.g., Procedure for Control of

Historical Back Ground


Dawakhana Hakim Ajmal Khan (Pvt.) Ltd is the culmination of 300 years of
research and practice into Unani medicine. Hakim Ajmal Khan worked in
medicine, politics and education and had a special place in society. Some of
his treatments are considered miracle which is why he was frequented by the
elite of the pre-partition India. He inaugurated Delhi Tibbia College which is
the top institution of Unani Medicines in India. In terms of pulse diagnosis he
was considered the most leading authority after Avicenna (Ibn e Sina) and
Galen (Jalinoos).
This company was founded by Hakim Muhammad Nabi the grandson of
Hakim Ajmal Khan. Hakim Muhammad Nabi is a direct descendent of
Khanadan e Sharifi (Sharifi Family) who served as royal physicians in the
Mughal court since the time of Babar. We are the only manufacturers of
medicines which are prepared according to methods and ingredients as set
by Hakim Ajmal Khan. At Dawakhana Hakim Ajmal Khan, we follow the
principles of our ancestors in the production of herbal medicines.
