scheduled trip is also the first time students from both
schools will visit the lake, said Kim Barker, assistant
principal at Carson Elementary School.
Administrators initially considered sending stu-
dents to the Sky Ranch 150 miles away in Van, but
decided on Camp Grady Spruce, about 60 miles away
because it’s closer, Rogers said.
About 150 students from Carson and Rann are ex-
pected to go on the trip where they will take hikes
and interact with students from the other school be-

employees, meeting production demands, safety standards, and insuring product quality. Requirements: five (5)
years successful experience in aggregates or closely related industry; knowledge of aggregate quality standards
and MSHA regulations preferred.
Secondary Production Manager, Bridgeport Stone - TXI is seeking an experienced individual that will be ac-
countable for supervisory oversight of all secondary plant (CPP, APP, Sand Plant) operations, loading/shipping,
and material quality control at our stone plant in Bridgeport, Texas. This includes managing a team of skilled
employees, meeting production demands, insuring product quality, safety standards and achieving sales goals.
Requirements: College degree strongly preferred; five (5) years successful management experience in aggregates
or closely related industry; knowledge of aggregate quality standards required.
