Accordingly, this AWARD is subject to the following conditions:

1. That the construction period of the subject scope of works must be totally
completed within the forty five (45)days deadline period. No extension
shall be granted.
2. That the scope of works must be totally compliant to the specifications
provided by the NRDC. Any proposed modifications or deviations to the
specifications provided must be coordinated with the NRDC, otherwise a
violation of the Contractor and a ground for cancellation of the award;
3. That the Contractor is required to submit weekly construction reports to
the NRDC for basis and reference of its evaluation of the construction
conducted relative to its work program and specifications. Late or nonsubmission of the reports is a ground for contracts cancellation.
4. That the Contractor shall be responsible for the processing of all the
required documents necessary in the completion of the scope of works
with the assistance of the NRDC when requested;
5. That failure to make full payment on due date shall cause the annulment
of this award and forfeiture of the bid bond/deposit paid to NRDC;

6. That the Contractor shall be fully responsible for the security, protection,
and completion of the specified scope of works;;
7. That in the event of the PURCHASERs non-compliance and/or violation of
existing business laws, rules and regulations or any of the terms and
conditions set forth in this agreement under any and all circumstances, all
expenses incurred by the Contractor and all amounts made by the NRDC
to the Contractor shall be forfeited in favor without any whatsoever to
reimburse the same to the Contractor.
