MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

RESPONDENTS, by themselves and unto this Honorable Court,

respectfully allege that:
1.

Respondents in the above-entitled case pending before the

Provincial Prosecutor is being complained for Physical Abuse in
relation to RA 7610, a bailable offense;

2.

Respondents are presently detained at San Ildefonso Municipal Jail

in relation to above-mentioned case;

3.

Respondents wish to post their bail bond for their provisional

liberty pending the resolution of the case;

4.

The amount of bail for the alleged offense based on the National
Prosecution Service Bail Bond Guide is _____________________ Pesos
(P_______.00);

5.

Respondents being indigents are not capable to post said amount,

thus prayed that the same be reduced.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, herein respondents, invoking

their constitutionally guaranteed right to bail, respectfully prays that the
bail bond for their provisional liberty be fixed and further pray for the
reduction of the same from ________________________Pesos (P________.00)

Other relief and remedies just and equitable are likewise prayed for
