Saremo lieti di accogliervi a C dMat, una casa-forte del 1500, che sorge nel cosiddetto
giardino dellOssola, lantico e caratteristico borgo di Oira. Qui potrete visitare la nostra cantina
dinvecchiamento degustando i vini ossolani abbinati ai prodotti tipici delle nostre valli, e vi
accompagneremo attraverso tutto il paese, osservando da vicino le bellezze naturali e le sue
peculiarit come, ad esempio, la Latteria Turnaria con la sua cantina di stagionatura dei formaggi
e lincantevole frazione di Canova.
We would be happy to host your stay at C dMat, a casa-forte built in the 1500s located in
the historic quaint village of Oira, often designated as the Garden of the Ossola.
Here you can visit the cellar where our wine is aged and enjoy a wine tasting paired with our
valleys local delicacies and we will accompany you through the village to become acquainted
with its special secrets such as the traditional creamery (Latteria Turnaria) and its cheese
cellar for aging, as well as the enchanting village of Canova.

viticole mondiali,oltre ad una curata selezione di liquori e distillati.
Situated a short walk from the center of Domodossola, our wine shop is the fruit of many
decades of experience in the world of winemaking. Our shelves are well-stocked not only with
our local Ossola wines but also with quality wines originating from all the Italian regions and
from the best wine-growing areas in the world as well as other spirits.

WINES
Prnent is the original wine of our valley and its presence in Ossola was first documented in
1309. It is a clone of Nebbiolo, well suited for mountain vineyards. Its color is ruby with hints of
garnet and has a complex aroma of flora & vanilla. Its good structure and dry savory tannins
leave a pleasant, slightly persistent aftertaste in the mouth
C dMat Created from a selection of Ossolas finest wine grapes, it takes its name from the
cellar where the aging process takes place. The color is ruby red with purple hues, a fruity nose
of wild berries, and in the mouth is pleasantly warm with structured soft tannins.
Tarlp wine made from a selection of Merlot grapes, mostly grown in the village of Calice in
Domodossola, where the oratory of Madonna del Tarlp (in dialect a drop) protects the
vineyards. Ruby red with orange hues. Fruity nose with aromatic scents. Taste dry, with good
structure and persistence.
Munaloss The Ossolas wine fresh and young with a brilliant ruby red color, hints of local fruits,
harmonious slightly tannic taste and good structure.
La Gera created in collaboration with the Agrarian Institute of Crodo. Following the growing and
pressing of the grapes, fermentation is carried out in small oak casks in our cellars. The wine has
a golden yellow color with an intense aroma of vanilla, almonds and exotic fruits. Full and clean
with good persistent flavor, and balanced acidity.
