Correspondence
A letter of thanks was received from the Director of D-Orange travel agency. We got
invitation from their agency to combine with that company to handle the foreign
tourism from many country with is will be involve 550 people. They want we help
with separate them in small group to visit Malaysia. Furthermore, we also have the
best news that other company in London invited all of us to attend the courses that
teach us other language and have dinner date at St.Ermins Hotel London in United
Kingdom with President of London due to have good relationship with them
2. Report
Mr Khairul Zawir, Chairman of the HIBISCUS BERRY TRAVEL AGENCY subcommittee
reported that at their second committee meeting held recently, it was decided that
tourism trip would be held from July to October, begin with the first trip at Malacca
and Johor Bahru on Saturday. He reported that who will be the tourist guide will get
bonus.
3. Special Business
a) Tourism guide
The Chairman informed the meeting, that the tourist season at Terengganu for this
year. Miss Aylia Haffid proposed, seconded by Miss Adidah Najwa, that the tourist
season will be held on February. She felt during the holidays or not we still have
customer that always want to visit Malaysia. Her proposal was put to a vote and
carried unanimously.
Miss Aylia Haffid proposed, seconded by Miss Amira Ahmad that the tourist will
arrived from Japan, Dubai, Korean and Australian. She felt that company can show
them about cultural, art and entertainment at Terengganu. Other than that,
company can show them food, traditional performance, museum, beautiful mosque
and handicraft.
After some discussions, the proposal was put to a vote and defeated.
Miss Amira Ahmad proposed, seconded by Miss Adidah Najwa, that a sub-committee
be formed and chaired by Miss Amira to take charge of the preparation to teach and
shows the tourist about the business trade of the Terengganu citizen about how
they do their work to survive their life by visits Malaysia IT Fair Kuala Terengganu,
Pasar Payang , keropok lekor factory and KMZ Songket factory. The motion was put
to a vote and carried by a large majority.
Miss Adidah Najwa proposed, seconded by Miss Aylia Haffid tourist can learn the
beautiful of nature such as educational, scientific or sport competition. Other than
that, tourist gain information by visit Herba Park, Ma Daerah Turtle Santuary, Floura
and Fauna, Caves, Waterfall and Traditional Games.

The chairman asked Miss Amira Ahmad to appoint three suitable subcommittee
members and present a report concerning the arrangements made the next
meeting.

Miss Siti Zaleha informed the meeting about the language learning that was held
every Friday a week was very well attended. She said that request from our
members for make the language learning with a correct pronouns had been
received. The Chairman then said that the matter could be put on the agenda for
the next meeting..
