ghosh is looking out for those in search of an uncharted course through
time spent with architecture. Those ready to tread without a tangible
destination in mind, it requires courage and not knowing what shall
unveil is the thrill. Together we intend to tread with open eyes and be
able to see the apparent, beyond the apparent and to sift and absorb
what lies on the way; dig deeper into circumstance, condition,
programme, process, interpretation, means of developing,
modifications, representation, stories behind all that goes into the
imagination and making of architecture. A process of understanding
this is seen as a way of learning how to, when the time comes, to bring
back into play the ideating mind as a crucible for innovation, change
and liberation.

The selection process is entirely based on merit merit beyond

academic grades or skills alone. Those interested should
individually apply by email. The requirements are:

Learning with a workplace in proximity:

The integral engagement of the primary mentor in practice and
the path of the practice following the path of learning through its
research, insight, thoughts and resolution are seen as an
opportunity to bring experimental learning within the workspace
