SCHEDULE OF FEES
Training Providers seeking to obtain and maintain IADC accreditation for their well control training programs are
subject to the following fees, effective 4 August 2015.

Cost recovery is actual expenses incurred by IADC that may include, but is not limited to: auditor fees, airfare, car rental, gas, mileage,
food, lodging, and administrative fees.

Enrollment must be authorized by IADC. Cancellation penalties apply.
All fees are non-refundable, even in the event the accreditation is denied.
Application fee must be paid at time of application. Payment of fees does NOT guarantee accreditation. All applications are
subject to the criteria and procedures specified in the Handbook for Accreditation (WSP-01).
Test Codes are available only to providers that have been awarded accreditation.

Additional fees will be required for site visits/audits. Site visit/audit fees include auditor(s) fee(s) that is based on length of audit
and day rate for the auditor(s), travel expenses incurred (if applicable) that are based on actual costs of relevant travel and
accommodation expenses, and an administration fee.
Fees in arrears may result in revocation of accreditation. For more information, please refer to the Accreditation Procedures
section of the Handbook for Accreditation (WSP-01).
