XII.

Conclusion
After thorough study of the case of Patient XYZ, the group was able to gain
knowledge about the patients nature of condition involved in the diagnosis, Bronchial
Asthma in Acute Exacerbation; Acute Pyelonephritis. The group was able to enhance
their learning abilities in line with the said concepts and was able to prepare appropriate
care plans for the patient. They were able to provide independent and dependent
nursing interventions, health teachings appropriate to the patients condition in order to
alleviate any signs and symptoms, to prevent any complications from occurring, and to
carry out the long and short term goals.
The group concluded that the case presentation was successfully delivered to
the audience especially to the clinical instructors both in written and visual
presentations.
