The Tender submission documents by the Tenderer shall be
submitted in both hard/soft copy formats. One set of hard copy
of the documents outlined in Section 30 shall be stamped with
the tenderers company seal, signed by authorized signatory and
submitted by the due date mentioned in these Instructions to
Tenderer to the address of Godrej Properties Limited mentioned
in Section 1
Clarifications required by the Tenderers should be submitted in
writing (via email) to the Company with copy marked to the Cost
Consultant well in advance and in any case no later than 23rd
February 2013. All queries written or oral received from the
Tenderers after 23rd February 2013 shall not be entertained.
The Company/Cost Consultant shall respond in writing to
queries from the Tenderers within
5 (five) days from the date of receipt of queries from the
Tenderers.
Tender received after 15:00 hours on 12th March 2013 shall be
rejected.
30 months including mobilization period and monsoon period/s
from Effective Date of Contract.
INR 25,00,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Lacs Only) in the form of a
Bank Guarantee from a nationalised bank.

The Performance Bond shall be returned after successful


completion of Defect Liability Period or two months after the last
notified defect had been rectified, whichever is later.

indicating date wise program for completion of various items of
work and in case of deviation from the bar chart at any stage
action should be taken

The Parties shall attempt to settle any dispute by way of


negotiation
Further, if the Works Contract is terminated under such
circumstance, the Main Contractor shall waive all rights for
remedy under this Works Contract and not refer the matter to
arbitration or litigation.

For the purpose of clarity, any escalation in the rates of items
due to variations in quantities to any extent is not valid and the

The Company shall be at liberty to order a suspension of the
work or parts there of as it deems fit for any reasons

to the Main Contractor.

Security at site shall be the Main Contractors responsibility for all


Materials during storage process of execution till handing over.
The Main Contractor will nominate a senior staff member who
will be responsible for all aspects to health and safety in relation
to the Main Contractors work force on site.
The Works shall be considered as Virtually Complete only upon
fulfilment of the procedure laid down herein above, and only after
the Works have been completed in every respect in conformity
with the Works Contract Documents
The Tender must be signed by the principal of the firm or any
person properly authorized for the purpose and registered name
and address of the Tenderer must be printed in a block capitals
in the space provided.
