research and development projects and activities in order to fulfill its
mandate;
WHEREAS, the Assignee undertakes a research project called (Title

Assignee who is actually and directly involved in carrying out the research
and development activities of the Research Project;

transfers unto the Assignee the entire worldwide right, title, ownership and
interest in and to all inventions, copyrights, creative works, technologies,
intellectual properties, including but not limited to, ideas, improvements,
designs, discoveries, processes, know-how, methodologies, systems,
analyses, formulas, test all data, results and any other data and information
in relation to the Research Project, whether or not patentable, or conceived
solely or jointly with others, during or in relation to the execution of the
research and development activities and undertaking of the Research Project
and/or period of employment with the Assignor, including the performance
of any other research and development activities of the Assignor and any
work assigned for or on behalf of the Assignor.
