This survey is being conducted under the Asian Development Bank funded
Regional Technical Assistance (RETA) for Strengthening the Asian
Ombudsman Association (AOA). This survey is aimed to know the best
practices of websites so as to design an interactive and dynamic website of
AOA. The questionnaire has six parts; each part covers a particular aspect of
the website/e-library facility. The questionnaire may preferably be
completed by the In-charge of the IT Unit and duly endorsed by the head of
the AOA member institution.
