Objective: Experienced cook actively seeking position in the culinary field which will offer me the

I started working at La Fonda Hotel, Santa Fe, NM in 1983-1992. Began as a bussboy, waiter,
room service. Became a barback, some bartending. Started cooking in 1989 staring with salads,
boiler grill, steam table, fry station. I speak english, and spanish fluently. I also read and write
both laguages as well.
