andotherhealthproblems.Thehigheryourcholesterol,thehigheryourriskoftheseproblems.
Aretheredifferenttypesofcholesterol?Yes,thereareafewdifferenttypes.Ifyougetacholesteroltest,youmighthearyourdoctorornursetalkabout:
Totalcholesterol
LDLcholesterolSomepeoplecallthisthebadcholesterol.ThatsbecausehavinghighLDLlevelsraisesyourriskofheartattacks,strokes,andother
healthproblems.
