Installation:
The model files get into:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
And the vehicle.meta gets into:
update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
And the handling.meta:
update/update.rpf/common/data/
Sound files:
x64/audio/sfx
and the contents of each folder in the equally named .rpf
(It's best if you watch a tutorial how to install sounds, since I can't explain
that properly)
Oh and you may have to extract the original .wav files to the folders where the
custom .wav files are located (DO NOT OVERWRITE THE CUSTOM ONES) and then reimpo
rt the whoole thing.
Please note that the default minigun sound gets replaced as well!!!
