SFC Metro Manila Regional Conference 2015 Final Memo
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
In less than a week, almost 3,000 Singles for Christ members from Metro Manila will gather in
Batangas for another nourishing conference. Just a few reminders and some essential details that
every MMRecon delegate needs to know to ensure a spirit-filled conference experience.
Included in this memo are the following:

On Saturday night we will have the SFC Clubpraise, to create a chill party atmosphere we encourage
everyone to come in their stylish casual attire that is modest and upholding the SFC Generation
Christ lifestyle.
We would also like to extend an invitation to those who have yet to register but are willing to join
their fellow SFCs in this weekend of blessings and wonders. We will open the walk-in registration on
Friday, September 4, 2pm-8pm at the Secretariat area. Registration Fee is at PhP1,800.00,
conference kit and food are not included.
Lastly, let us open our minds and our hearts to the messages that God will impart to us during the
upcoming MMRecon. In addition to our preparation let us find time to receive the Holy Eucharist
daily and go to Confession. Let us be ready to be loved and to experience Gods greatness in
Batangas!

For safety purposes, the MM ReCon Security Committee will be implementing the NO POPTAG, NO
ENTRY Policy inside the main site. This includes Service Team and Guests who will be coming. We
request all SCCs to submit earlier the names of their CFC Leaders who may wish to visit the event for
the Guest Pass. Security Marshalls will be roaming around the said areas to check if each participant is
wearing his/her own poptag and IDs.
NO SMOKING and DRINKING of any ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
Be responsible and accountable for your personal and valuable belongings.
The MM ReCon Security Committee shall not allow anybody (including Couple Coordinators) to go out
of the main venue during sessions except when the need arises.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING:

For parking, CARPASS will be needed to enter the main venue site. These are the different parking
areas:
a. GENERAL PARKING AREA will be open to all vehicles with the provided 2015 MM RECON
2015 CARPASS
b. GUEST PARKING AREA strictly for vehicles with GUEST Carpass only
c. SERVICE TEAM PARKING AREA strictly for vehicles and food delivery vans with Service Team
Carpass only
Please be informed that parking slots will be on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. To avoid traffic
congestion upon entry in the main venue, kindly prepare your vehicle carpass for inspection. We will
all provide you a copy of the carpass.

WORKSHOP GUIDELINES:
Online registration is until August 31,2015. For those who have already registered, please present the
confirmation notice or transaction ID to the workshop team in the Secretariat area to get your workshop stub.
Workshop confirmation will open on Friday, September 4. 2015 from 2:00pm 8:00pm.

FOOD COMMITTEE GUIDELINES


1. Food stubs will be used for the conference. Please take note that claiming of food will be group of 10s.
2. Delegates can claim their food at the booth with their respective areas signage located at the main site

3. We want every SFC to take an active participation in taking good care of our environment. In this light,
we are requiring every delegate to BRING THEIR OWN SPOON, FORK AND TUMBLER for the meals
4. Please be guided accordingly with our food distribution schedule to avoid spoilage of food
5. Water station will be opened the same time with the meal distribution, and additional hour is
allocated for water distribution (Example: Breakfast time is 6:00am to 7:00am, so water will be
6:00am- 8:00am)
