– Line Siphons under Naugatuck River and Beaver Brook

– Line about 0.5 mile of sewer in Prindle Ave.

– Root control in 0.6 mile of sewer, manhole and point repairs

– Grout 430 feet of sewers, 33% of service connections, and 3


manholes

„ The Ansonia WPCA is currently reviewing the


City’s Assessor Records to assure that everyone
pays their fair share
„ The current audit, upon which this rate is based,
shows 7980 single, two, and three family
residential units
„ The WPCA feels that an occupancy review of office
suits, medical buildings, AHA units, and apartment
units will increase the unit count, thus reducing the
overall pay back rate for everyone

„ Residential - $100 per unit


Example: A single family residential unit
(apartments, condo) will pay $100 per unit
„ Retail - $100 per store front
„ Professional Offices- $100 per office suite
„ Municipal Buildings- $100 per unit
„ Churches, Rectories, Convents, Places of
Public Assembly- $100 per unit
