This Updated Contract Copy is prepared on on 1st January, Thursday, 2015.
Between:
LU'S TRADING INC. whose registered office is at 1657 W, 10th STREET, BROOKLYN, NEW
YORK 11223, United States of America (USA).; represented by Mr. Thomas LU, position titled
Managing Director of the organization (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer)
AND:
AHMED IMPEX ENTERPRISES whose registered office is at House 14, Road 1/A, Sector 13,
Uttara Model Town, Dhaka-1230, represented by Khairuddin Ahmed, Managing Partner
and Tanvir Ahmed, Managing Partner (hereinafter referred to as the Seller)
Both parties declare an interest in the sale and purchase of goods under the present Contract
and undertake to observe the following agreement.
1. Products: Under the present contract the seller undertakes to provide, and the Buyer to
purchase Live Eel Fish/ Fresh Water Eel/ Yellow eel, scientific name: Monopterus Kuccia.
2. Quantity: On Every shipment the net quantity will range from 500 KG to as high as 3000 KGS.
3. Price: Price of LIVE EEL FISH will range between USD 4.00 to USD 7.00. Both parties undertake to negotiate the
agreed price when affected by significant changes in both the local and international market, or by political,
economic or social situations in the country of dispatch or destination of the Product, which may damage the
interests of either party.

4. Delivery Conditions: The goods shall be delivered at the agreed place, and to the
transport agent designated by the Buyer, by Air, at least twenty four hours before the
deadline established in Contract.
5. Packaging: The Seller undertakes to deliver the Products hereunder, suitably wrapped
and packaged for their specific characteristics and for the conditions of transport to be
used.
6. Means of Payment: The Buyer undertakes to pay the total price which will appear in
every work order. All the payments must be paid in advance before the delivery of any
single shipment, and in the form of Advance Bank Telegraphic Transfer to the Sellers
designated Bangladeshi Bank Account.
7. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss from any casualty to the goods, regardless of the cause, will
be the responsibility of the Seller until the Goods have been received by the Buyer.
8. Shipment per week: There will be 2 to 3 shipments on every week.
9. Shipping Mark: The below mark will be used in every packaging LUS
10.Acceptance: Buyer will have the right to inspect the goods upon receipt, and within 2
business days after delivery, Buyer must give notice to Seller of any claim for damages on
account of condition, quality, or grade of the goods, and Buyer must specify the basis of
the claim in detail.
11.Agreement Validity: This agreement will remain valid until 31st Dec 2018, and further
will be renewed upon mutual understandings.
