We write to introduce Nexus Alliance Limited, a specialist training provider to the Nigerian Oil
and Gas industry. We have provided training services to several big corporations in the industry
including the NNPC, Chevron, SPDC and ExxonMobil.
Nexus Alliance is interested in delivering a specialised Training program on Project Document
Control, Office Administration, Presentation Skills, Technical Report Writing, Project Costing and
Contract Management to Cameron personnel who are nominated to participate in the course.
Course Scope and Outline
1) Project Document Control
This course is designed for candidates who have document control as a core responsibility. The
core focus is on the process of controlling documentation within a project environment. No specific
software or system is required.
The course covers proven processes, tools and techniques to control documentation and risk. The
course uses a hands-on approach, individual exercises and worksheets as well as group activities
that foster ideas-exchange and networking with peers. Out of class assessment using Company
projects can be arranged if required.

This course is designed to provide candidates with the knowledge, techniques and practical
application of project costing tools to successfully manage project costs and maximize return on
investment. Participants will learn practical skills and best practice process orientated approach
to managing cost within a structured framework.
