Siegel-Gallagher Lands
two major property assignments

Milwaukee, Wis., August, 2008 – Siegel-Gallagher Management Company has won the
management assignments of two major Milwaukee area properties, Wisconsin Tower and
Deerfield Office Center.

Located at 606 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Wisconsin Tower is a former 21-story hotel, which was
recently converted to a 74-unit condo tower complex. Featuring an art deco lobby reminiscent of
1930s Milwaukee, Wisconsin Tower also boasts great views of the city.

The second property, Deerfield Office Center, is a 38,442 square foot office building. Owned by
an existing client of the Siegel-Gallagher Management Company, the Deerfield Office Center is
located on W. Brown Deer Road near N. 49th Street.
