Siegel-Gallagher Adds Chris Stecker to the

Industrial & Corporate Counseling Group
Milwaukee, WI, July 6, 2009— Siegel-Gallagher ONCOR International is proud to announce the
addition of Chris Stecker to its Industrial & Corporate Counseling Group. Chris’ 20+ years of real
estate consulting & transactional experience in Wisconsin and California brings even further depth to
this formidable and growing group.
Chris is joining the fastest growing component of Siegel-Gallagher. In only the last 60 days, the
Industrial & Corporate Counseling Group, under the leadership of Bill Quinlivan and in conjunction
with the established contact base of Siegel-Gallagher, has landed significant assignments from:
Komatsu/Valmet, Compass Group USA, and International Paper.
Chris’ orientation to the Southern parts of Wisconsin will assist Siegel-Gallagher with the ever
growing synergy of real estate investment along both sides of the Illinois/Wisconsin border. Chris
will have a major focus on the Industrial & Corporate clients of Siegel-Gallagher, but his retail, office &
development background will be assistive to many clients as they evaluate opportunities throughout
the State.
