Siegel-Gallagher Announces the Addition

of a Seasoned Brokerage Team
Milwaukee, WI, February 2009—Siegel-Gallagher has recently added a two person team of industrial brokers, Bill
Quinlivan and Brian Schroeder, to our main Milwaukee office. Bill Quinlivan is a seasoned executive of the Wisconsin
industrial market, having worked at the James T. Barry Company for the past 25 years. He has an architectural and
construction background and diversified experience in many aspects of commercial real estate. Quinlivan has
represented companies and owners such as Snap-on Incorporated, Lands End, USF Holland, Fleet Mortgage, Square D,
Best Buy, Miller Brewing, Told Development and many more. He holds designations from the American Society of RE
Counselors (CRE) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Bill is coming on as a principal of
Siegel-Gallagher, Inc.

Joining him is Brian Schroeder, who has been working with Bill for two years and will provide business development and
