Stanley Cousher Botanical Garden
Stanley Cousher began developing the Botanical Gardens in 1907. Now they span nearly 120 acres with
sweeping lawns and vistas interspersed with statuary and benches. Approximately 15,000 species of
plants from all over the world make up the botanical collections, many landscaped into a series of theme
gardens. Free tours of the gardens are available with paid admission or membership. Tours are given
Tuesday through Friday between noon and 2:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday between 10:30 a.m. and

anniversary of the Stanley Cousher

College Fair
Since 1980, a consortium of Columbus (Ohio) suburban high schools has sponsored a college fair each
autumn to allow students and their parents to explore college scope. Since that time, the fair has

parents from the Columbus urea and more than 200 colleges and universities representatives from
across the United States have participated. Ottrrbein College has generously hosted the fair since 1985.
