Mitchell Village Dumpster Enclosures:

HB Southern Builders LLC purposes to erect dumpster enclosures using 2 1/2" x 8' galvanized metal post cemented 3'
deep as needed. Install double pressure treated 2"x4" rails and 5/8" x 5 1/2" x 6' western red cedar fence pickets. Rails
will be secured to post with appropriate fasteners and pickets will be screwed to rails.

Prime all new wood with 1 coat oil based primer and paint 1 coat with exterior latex 1 color.

Permits:
HB Southern Builders will be responsible for any permits or fees.

Dumpsters:
HB Southern will provide dumpsters and will maintain debris removal throughout the day with a complete pickup of all
debris at the end of each work day.

Completion Schedule:
HB Southern will complete the project within 14 calendar days from start of construction.
**HB Southern cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather.

Exclusions:
Any work not described in the attached scope of work

Warranty:
1 year for all materials and workmanship

We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scope of work listed above in a
professional and timely manner with all work meeting city and state building codes for:
$8,428.27
Our bid price is guaranteed for 30 days. Work will be billed weekly as job progresses. Net 30
