MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS

embership to the Institute is open to individuals from all disciplines who are involved in internal auditing,
internal controls, risk assessment, information system auditing and related fields.

STEP 1

Submit an accomplished Membership Form via fax (+632 325 0414) or email
(mayet.cardenas@iia-p.org) attention it to Membership Relations Specialist or
submit it personally at IIA-P Office (Unit 702, 139 Corporate Center, Valero St.,
Salcedo Village, Makati City). Please be reminded that IIAP membership is on a
calendar year basis (January 1 to December 31).

Pay personally at the IIA-P office. You can also directly deposit your
membership fee in our peso bank account (Banco De Oro Valero Branch
S/A, Account name: Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines, Inc. /
Account no.: 691-00217-45). For your convenience, you can also go to SM Bills

STEP 2

Payment Facility available at all SM Department stores. Your reference number

will be your billing number. You need to secure from us the billing number related
to the account you are paying. In order for you to receive the Official Receipt

(OR), provide us a copy of the bank validated deposit slip together with your
name via fax (+632 325 0414) or email (mayet.cardenas@iia-p.org) attention it
to Membership Relations Specialist. For Billing purposes (if company
sponsored) incoming member should submit the accomplish form thru email
for billing preparation.

STEP 3

Reporting of membership application to IIA, Inc. for approval and issuance of

Membership ID Number and Webpin.

STEP 4

One month after reporting to IIA, Inc., IIAP will issue your Membership ID
Number and Webpin. Once received, you may now access pages exclusive
for members at www.theiia.org.

STEP 5

Membership renewal is accepted up to March 31 of the following year. If

youre a renewing member, dues are billed every January of the following
year. As of to date, IIA-P has no membership penalty fee to those who do not
renew their annual membership.

NOTE:
For applying/using of members benefits: Upon receiving of payment, it is not automatically applicable to use their
benefits especially in trainings offered by the Institute, they have to wait for at least one week upon payment of
application. For CIA/CFSA/CGAP/CCSA discount rate is only applicable upon receiving the membership id number.
