We are looking to add Fresh and Experienced Technical Recruiter to work at our W
oburn, MA Office. This is a full time position with a competitive starting salar
y and an industry leading commission plan.
Responsibilities:
Find candidates through networking, ads, direct recruit calling, referrals and s
ocial media such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Hot jobs, CareerBuilder, Indeed, et
c.
Find creative ways to establish and maintain rapport with Universities and parti
cipate in career fairs
Develop innovative recruiting techniques and maintaining an active candidate pip
eline
Pre-qualify candidates and conducts interviews to evaluate skills, employment ba
ckground and qualifications
Qualifications:
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional planning and execution skills.
Aggressive and a go-getter approach
Enthusiastic, polished and professional
Must be a self-starter, results-oriented
Ability to multi-task and execute tasks with urgency.
Strong computer skills, MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
