Overall responsibility of the ward under the supervision of ward

incharge and concerned teacher.
Take handover of the patients
Conduct pre conference
Assist in bed making
Check and maintain census form
Be responsible and accountable for assigned unit under the supervision
and guidance of ward incharge and clinical instructor
Carryout critical care of patient
Environment cleaning especially dressing room, ward, bed locker and
nursing station.
Counting of the supplied equipment and keeps recording.
Fill up for requisition of equipment.
Be responsible for the consultancy if any in the responsible block.
Conduct and carryout Dr.s round in the ward,
Supervise and guide the sub-ordinates and assistant.
Co-ordinate communicates with ward incharge and all the staffs of the
ward.
Become skilled at managerial work from ward sister
