a. Why do you want to become an IEC-er?
Because I like to make new friends and I also love English
very much so I desire to be a member of IEC during 2 years in
IU.

b. What makes you think that you are different from the
others? (List 3)
- Sometimes I feel lazy to do something, but when I have tasks I
always try to do my best.
- I love the unsual things, because i think my life is very boring
if I just do the same thing everyday. That is reason why i enjoy
doing works that require creativity.
- I am easy to make new friends and the major of them like me.

3. Could you show us your past achievements or

experiences?
- I like to sing so i joined in contests when i studied in high school
and recieved many rewards.
- I also took part in many social activities, it taught me how to
work in group effectively.

This year, there will be an occasional event of IEC: Speaking Tour for IUers
(Speaking Tour is an outside activity that is held for IUers in order to give
them the chance to practice speaking English through team-building
activity and get to know each other. We will set up many "check point
stations" at famous places around Saigon with lots of challenges for the
teams. This is a great opportunity for you to make new friends and to
practice English).

- Understand the event clearly.
- Work in team, listen carefully and choose the best opinions.
- Spend time making a detailed plan.

b. Thereby, if you are assigned a mission to plan an outdoor

meeting to cultivate English skill for about 30 IUs student, then
within two weeks what will you plan to organize for a meeting?
- Divide tasks into teams.
- Have a detailed plan and If the event was held last year, i would
learn from previous mistakes.
- Prepare further contingency plans.
- Find out students or people who have high score in Ietls test in
order to share practical experiences for IUs student.
- Marketting for this events.

I joined in the cutural activities in high school, and i had to write
plans about choosing suitable songs, members, clothes, expenses
and how to held for union office.

- I think teamwork is to solve problem together, study from
mistakes eachother.
- Respect eachother, listen carefully opinions from the other
people, work actively, finish tasks on deadline.

b. How can you build a good relationship with other clubs in IU? .
- Always smile and respect them.
- Enjoy the events of the other clubs.
- Learn their strenght.

Friendly is the most important factor because it helps
solve problems easily.

a. IEC holds a lot of events each year. Therefore, we have to spend
relative amount of money running these events. How can you
manage our budget to avoid overspending?
- Have detailed plan.
- Find sponsor.
- Just buy the necessary things, the other things do handmade.

b. How to, in details, connect IEC members to create a friendly and

hard working environment?
- Often meet and chatting by english.
- Share experience.
- Travel together.
