Discipline problems in school is a challenge for the teaching profession.

Discipline conflict will not expire as long as there is an

increasingly multicultural incoherent so that the rules of the jungle brought into the family structure and practiced by
generations. To change these attitudes and behaviors among students is not a day for two days to be taken as a response
and desires of all teachers of the Counselling Unit otherwise be the responsibility of all teachers and staff at the school itself
plays an active role in preventing student discipline problems. Similarly, teachers are not being disciplined only carry the
responsibility in shaping the personality of students. Otherwise the involvement of all components of the program and
activities of course we become dominant and able to change something even if it is a large stone.

Overall, the program is running as planned. It is expected that this program will help improve students' personal
development especially in terms of target groups truancy prevention and avoidance of problems of other disciplines thus
would form students who are disciplined and prudent noble and nurturing a culture of Days Coming to school. As a result of
the approach and a well-organized program, our school has been able to reduce discipline problems. Preventive approach is
calculated as 'intervention' and is proactive has helped reduce student of disciplinary action taken. That is, we will be able to
sniff and saved many students from disciplinary action taken.
It shows how 'networking' created very successful and effective for student activities will only be known by us to just
get the information from the students as well. Information is essential in dealing with discipline problems. For that purpose
other than networking available, we also provide several channels of very practical which the students do not know the
source of the information obtained. For example, This process allows a bit-by instinct assimilation occurs between students

and thus creating an objective to objective required by the school. Indirectly, By doing so, the whistleblower will feel safe and
can relieve pain caused by latency information that can disturb them due to the fault of others.
