Topic: Laughter as a medicine

General Purpose: To inform


Specific Purpose: To inform my audience about laughter as one of the factors
towards achieving good health
I. Introduction
Laughter is more of a social behaviour which we use to let people know
that we understand them and that we appreciate them. Laughter is an affection
that we can share with those with whom we are emotionally close, to make
ourselves feel a whole lot better\Given all those things that can cure a persons
sickness like surgeries, therapies and what not; laughter can also be of great
substance towards achieving good health.
First, I will discuss the facts, figures and other interesting information
about laughter. Then after that I will discuss its health benefits and lastly, I will
discuss what people get when they laugh that may improve their health
(psychological benefits).
II. Given all those things that can cure a persons sickness like surgeries,
therapies and what not; laughter can also be of great substance towards
achieving good health.
A. Laughter is the biological reaction of humans to moments. It is an
outward expression of amusement.

III. Conclusion
Humor is just around the corner, we just need to look. Allen Klein
once stated that ones attitude is like a box of crayons that paints the
world. Constantly use gray colors, and your image will always be dark and
distressing. Laugh to add bright colors, and your picture begins to lighten
up.
