The format of initial time and terminal time are: xx months, hh hours mm minutes at n (or last)
week day. For example, China has practiced the summertime from 2 o'clock of the second
Sunday morning in April to 2 o'clock of the second Sunday morning in September. During this
time once the clock one hour ahead, namely the time offset is 60.

When a routing protocol is unnesscery in a simple network environment, or for some reasons
need to specify the route, a static route is very appropriate. The dotted forms of the subnet mask,
require the mask starting is a continuous binary "1" from a high level, such as 255.255.0.0 or
255.255.128.0, can not be 255.0.255.0 or 255.1.0.0. If in the command specified routing priority
which is higher than the default static routing priority, this static routing will be replaced by
dynamic information. Static routing priority is defaulted to 1, more priority than any dynamic
routing. Ad configured the system default route, the first parameter should be 0.0.0.0, as shown.
