week day. For example, China has practiced the summertime from 2 o'clock of the second
Sunday morning in April to 2 o'clock of the second Sunday morning in September. During this
time once the clock one hour ahead, namely the time offset is 60.

[Function]
Lockout time-slot protection
Lockout-protection (lockout| clear) [(vc3|vc12) TSSTRING]
[Parameter]
(lockout\ clear): select the operation, lockout: lock the protection, clear: unlock the protection.
(vc12 | vc3 | tu12 | tu3): choose assigned timeslot type, index options. vc12, VC12-level timeslot,
while the subsequent parameter "TSSTRING" adopt "timeslot index"; tu12, VC12-level timeslot,
while the subsequent parameter "TSSTRING" adopt "tributary index"; vc3, VC3-level timeslot,
while the subsequent parameter "TSSTRING" adopt "timeslot index"; tu3, VC3-level timeslot,
while the subsequent parameter "TSSTRING" adopt "tributary index".
TSSTRING: the timeslot string to configure, separated by "," and "-". For VC12-level cross
connection, timeslot string is range in 1-63; for VC3-level crossconnection, timeslot string is

no lockout.

[Executing Command Instruction]
Only when the protection-pair is configured can the command be available;
The time-slot for operation must be configured cross-connection, but there is no such limitation
to the multiplex section.
If not enter [(vc12 | vc3 | tu12 | tu3) TSSTRING], system can take multiplex-section operation.
VC3 tributary index is the same with timeslot index.
