Description of the learner: The client, Mr. Lito Paulino, is a 67 year-old male with a pre-hypertensive blood pressure of 130/90mm Hg. Upon assessment
during the home visit, client expressed his faulty eating habits and an over indulgence with coffee is identified. The client consumes 4 mugs of coffee a
day. Furthermore, upon he manifested signs of deficient knowledge evidenced by unfamiliarity to bad effects of too much ingestion of caffeine onto the
body especially its involvement on cholesterol level increase that predisposes the client in developing hypertension completely.
