EMT conduit (sized per NEC) which terminates to the new 160A MCCB at MDP-029 and the

Bldg B-029
Purchase and install one (1) MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker), 3P, 160A, 36KA, Code
1SDA067418R1, type XT1N 160 TMD 160-11600 3 P F F 160A 36KA, ABB-SACE make
(see MDP-029 drawings attached), including cutting of MDP-029 Front Panel allocated space

and installation to MDP-029 Space Bus Bars and frames for branch circuit of the TBOS at the
Hangar of B029

Fill in the five holes with concrete and repaint with at least one primer and two (2) finished coat
matching the type of paint and color and architectural finishes to existing wall. This wall will be
5 used to install the New 200 A Disconnect Switch (see item 2) and for use by the TBOS installer
for their installation of two other disconnect switches (comes with TBOS).

Weld two (2) C channel steel at the Vertical Beam Steel Structure so that the LCT installer can
mount their Disconnect Switch and provide a 4 inch hole on the North Wall for installation of
6 EMT conduit by LCT installer, coordinate with LCT installer the required place and length of the
C channel (proper size to have a vertical mounting of Disconnect Switch) and location of the
hole.

Purchase and install Disconnect Switch, 3P, 80A minimum, 600V rated for the 45KVA Step7 down transformer of the MT-STT Trainer at the class room designated by MNG Aviation.
Purchase and installation of EMT Conduit (sized per power cable size per item 3 below)
including all brackets and mounting accessories to the concrete ceiling and concealed above false
8 ceiling from the main Panelboard at electrical room and the class room (tentatively class room 2,
the correct room need to be confirmed with MNG Aviation).
Purchase power cable, 4/C (conductor 3 phase + neutral) + ground, 80 Amperes minimum,
