Description:
The KLM Electronic Booking Tool is a Web application that allows customers to
request Airline Reservation related services across the Web. Currently, these
services consist of availability, price, insurance and booking offers for customers in
a broad range of modes like B2B (Leisure/Business), B2T (Agents), B2B
(SME/Corporate) and B2E (employees: leisure/business).
The KLM is having the six Modules. Like Homepage, select the services
availability dates, add shoppingcarts, passenger details, payment method, Review
and offer page, conformation page.
Contribution :
Responsible for all Administrative tasks including WebSphere Application Server
domain configuration which includes components like WebSphere Application
server, IHS web server.
Ensure every ticket is being walked from inception to satisfactory completion in
the shortest possible time, with the best quality of response.
