Kings and Rulers
1. Psalm 2. You have taken your stand against and taken counsel together against the Lord and
against His anointed to tear their fetters apart and cast away their cords from us.
2. You have pressed poverty upon the poor.
3. You have devalued the life of the unborn and newborn and have shed their innocent blood.
4. You have caused war for the purposes of greed.
5. You have used usury to enslave the peoples.
6. Your justice has become unjustness and injustice.

Indictments Against the Body of Christ

1. Jeremiah 2:13
For my people have committed two evils. They have forsaken me, the fountain of living waters,
to hew for themselves cisterns, broken cisterns, than can hold no water.
2. Revelation 2:4-5
But I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Therefore remember from where
you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and
will remove your lampstand out of its placeunless you repent.
3. The Prophets - Ezekiel 13:1-16
1 Then the word of the LORD came to me saying, 2 Son of man, prophesy against
the prophets of Israel who prophesy, and say to those who prophesy from their own inspiration,
Listen to the word of the LORD! 3 Thus says the Lord GOD, Woe to the foolish prophets who
are following their own spirit and have seen nothing. 4 O Israel, your prophets have been like
foxes among ruins.5 You have not gone up into the breaches, nor did you build the wall around
the house of Israel to stand in the battle on the day of the LORD. 6 They see falsehood and
lying divination who are saying, The LORD declares, when the LORD has not sent them; yet
they hope for the fulfillment of their word. 7 Did you not see a false vision and speak a lying
divination when you said, The LORD declares, but it is not I who have spoken?
8 Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD, Because you have spoken falsehood and seen a lie,
therefore behold, I am against you, declares the Lord GOD. 9 So My hand will be against the
prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. They will have no place in the council
of My people, nor will they be written down in the register of the house of Israel, nor will they

enter the land of Israel, that you may know that I am the Lord GOD. 10 It is definitely because
they have misled My people by saying, Peace! when there is no peace. And when anyone
builds a wall, behold, they plaster it over with whitewash; 11 so tell those who plaster it over
with whitewash, that it will fall. A flooding rain will come, and you, O hailstones, will fall; and a
violent wind will break out. 12 Behold, when the wall has fallen, will you not be asked, Where is
the plaster with which you plastered it? 13 Therefore, thus says the Lord GOD, I will make a
violent wind break out in My wrath. There will also be in My anger a flooding rain and hailstones
to consume it in wrath. 14 So I will tear down the wall which you plastered over with whitewash
and bring it down to the ground, so that its foundation is laid bare; and when it falls, you will
be consumed in its midst. And you will know that I am the LORD. 15 Thus I will spend My wrath
on the wall and on those who have plastered it over with whitewash; and I will say to you, The
wall is gone and its plasterers are gone, 16 along with the prophets of Israel who prophesy to
Jerusalem, and who see visions of peace for her when there is no peace, declares the Lord
GOD.
Ezekiel 22:24-31
24 Son of man, say to her, You are a land that is not cleansed or rained on in the day of
indignation.25 There is a conspiracy of her prophets in her midst like a roaring lion tearing
the prey. They have devoured lives; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have
made many widows in the midst of her. 26 Her priests have done violence to My law and
have profaned My holy things; they have made no distinction between the holy and the
profane, and they have not taught the difference between the unclean and the clean; and
they hide their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. 27 Her princes within
her are like wolves tearing the prey, by shedding blood and destroying lives in order to
get dishonest gain. 28 Her prophets have smeared whitewash for them, seeing false visions
and divining lies for them, saying, Thus says the Lord GOD, when the LORD has not
spoken. 29 The people of the land have practiced oppression and committed robbery, and
they have wronged the poor and needy and have oppressed the sojourner without
justice. 30 I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the
gap before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one. 31 Thus I have
poured out My indignation on them; I have consumed them with the fire of My wrath; their
way I have brought upon their heads, declares the Lord GOD.
4. False Apostles - 11 Corinthians 11:2-15
2 For I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy; for I betrothed you to one husband, so that to
Christ I might present you as a pure virgin. 3 But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve
by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to
Christ. 4 For if one comes and preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or you
receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not
accepted, you bear this beautifully. 5 For I consider myself not in the least inferior to the most
eminent apostles. 6 But even if I am unskilled in speech, yet I am not so in knowledge; in fact, in
every way we have made this evident to you in all things.

7 Or did I commit a sin in humbling myself so that you might be exalted, because I preached the
gospel of God to you without charge? 8 I robbed other churches by taking wages from them to
serve you; 9 and when I was present with you and was in need, I was not a burden to anyone;
for when the brethren came from Macedonia they fully supplied my need, and in everything I
kept myself from being a burden to you, and will continue to do so. 10 As the truth of Christ is in
me, this boasting of mine will not be stopped in the regions of Achaia. 11 Why? Because I do
not love you? God knows I do!
12 But what I am doing I will continue to do, so that I may cut off opportunity from those who
desire an opportunity to be regarded just as we are in the matter about which they are
boasting. 13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as
apostles of Christ. 14 No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of
light. 15 Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of
righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds.
5. Captivity and Judgment - Colossians 2:8-23
8 See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to
the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according
to Christ.9 For in Him all the fullness of Deity dwells in bodily form, 10 and in Him you have
been made complete, and He is the head over all rule and authority; 11 and in Him you were
also circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, in the removal of the body of the
flesh by the circumcision of Christ; 12 having been buried with Him in baptism, in which you
were also raised up with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the
dead. 13 When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh,
He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, 14 having
canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us;
and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.15 When He had disarmed
the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them
through Him.
16 Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival
or anew moon or a Sabbath day 17 things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but
the substance belongs to Christ. 18 Let no one keep defrauding you of your prize by delighting
in self-abasement and the worship of the angels, taking his stand on visions he has
seen, inflated without cause by his fleshly mind, 19 and not holding fast to the head, from
whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with
a growth which is from God.
20 If you have died with Christ to the elementary principles of the world, why, as if you were
living in the world, do you submit yourself to decrees, such as, 21 Do not handle, do not taste,
do not touch!22 (which all refer to things destined to perish with use)in accordance with

the commandments and teachings of men? 23 These are matters which have, to be sure,
the appearance of wisdom in self-made religion and self-abasement and severe treatment of
the body, but are of no value against fleshly indulgence.
6. Deserting Him who called you - Galatians 1:6-10
6 I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for
a different gospel; 7 which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and
want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to
you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! 9 As we have
said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you
received, he is to be accursed! 10 For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I
striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of
Christ.

The Decree

1. I shall break apart and expose the global financial conspiracy! Secret leagues, societies,
institutes and their purposes, exposed.
2. I shall raise up and empower real and powerful opposition to a one world government.
Supernatural power will confront the the super powers' power.
3. I shall cause the New World Order to face unparalleled disorder in the heavens and earth to
disrupt and counter their schemes and goals.
4. The Global Awakening begins NOW!
5. As a refiners fire, I shall invade my own house.
6. I shall bring unparalleled heart and life unity to my people.
7. Unprecedented Divine help shall be experienced among my overcomers and consecrated ones.
8. I will clearly distinguish between the Gospel of My Son and false gospels.
9. Sheep nations will emerge from the Chaos of economic disaster.
10. Two economic systems will antagonize the new world economic system. The sheep nations
system and the resistor nations and peoples system.
11. New births will exceed natural births for an appointed time.
12. My people will be given control over most of the purest water in the earth.
