downstream raw material requirement and its execution ,Monitoring of
production and quality compliance and reason for non-conformity
for continual improvement,Maintenanceplanning for ensuring
machine availability and utilization as per

Collaboratewith supervisor and ensure compliance to all

environmental and safetyprocedures of plant operations like
as :- Monitoring stack emission and noise pollution levels well within

COMPANY PROFILE:

JSW Steels is one of the biggest steel industries in India with a capacity 10MTPA in
single location at Bellary dist.

Pelletizing Plant of Capacity 4.2MTPA of 2 nos Total 8.4MTPA capacity.

Its a Straight gate travelling Type Indurating Furnace Pellet Plant.

JSW Steels Pellet plant is designed by Kvaerner Metals USA.

DCS developed by ABB technologies.

The Plant includes equipment like ball mills, vertical roller mill, conveying system
(Belts, pneumatic, screw etc) Indurating machine(straight grate)

Balling discs,

Wet scrubbers, blowers, compressors, pumps, cooling tower, bucket wheel reclaimer,
stacker-reclaimer, pneumatic controlled valves, oil circuits and gas fired furnaces,
pallet cars, Process fans of capacity each 3.7MW of 5nos.

PRESENT JOB PROFILE:

Presently working as Assistant Manager in Pelletizing Plant in JSW STEELS LTD

Torangullu, Dist. Bellary, since July 2010 as Shift Manager.

Operation of Indurating machine, balling disc.(each disc having:150to200t/h)

Operation of Ball mills, Rotary dryers.(each having capacity:230t/h)
Operation of Additive Grinding mills and Mixer.
