TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CAMPAIGN:

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions set forth the procedure for the Invite your friend, get $10 and
win $5,000 promotion campaign.
1.2. The campaign is organized by TenkoFX Limited.
1.3. Every client of TenkoFX Limited may take part in the campaign.
1.4. Every participant in the campaign is guaranteed a $10 bonus for every attracted client.
1.5. Every participant in the campaign automatically takes part in the TenkoFX Agent partner
program, which gives him an additional source of income based on the share of spread on each
transaction made by the attracted client.
1.6. Total prize money is $60,000. The draw will be held in four rounds, each of which has total
prize money of $15,000 and will last for three months.
1.7. The promotion campaign will officially launch on February 1, 2014.
1.8. During the campaign, all registered participants will have a chance to take part in the
following prize draw:
1st prize - $5,000
2nd prize - $3,000
3rd prize - $2,000
4th prize - $1,000
5th prize - $950
6th prize - $850
7th prize - $750
8th prize - $650
9th prize - $550
10th prize - $250
1.9. Extra prize draw will be held on December 31, 2014 as part of the Invite your friend, get $10
and win $5,000 campaign. Its budget is $40,000. 40 winners will be randomly selected, and each
of them will get a prize in the amount of $1,000.
1.10. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the campaign, the participant agrees to receive
special offers from TenkoFX.

3.3. Register

3.4. The winners are determined by the draw of TenkoDesk numbers of all attracted clients. The
more clients the participant attracts, the higher are chances to win a prize money.

3.5. If the campaign participant gets registered under 2.3 hereof, or complies with it as an active
participant, then his TenkoDesk personal number is also eligible for the draw.
3.6. To be eligible for the draw Participants TenkoDESK account must be verified prior to the
launch of the draw.
3.7. If the administration finds violations of 2.3 hereof, i.e. a removal of the link to the campaign
or leaving the TenkoFX social group, your participation in the campaign will be terminated.
3.8. The participant winning one of money prizes will not take part in further draws, however,
he/she will be eligibeble for an end of year bonus draw (December 31, 2014) if he complies with
2.4 hereof.
3.9. TenkoFX does not act as a tax agent to any of participants. The participant shall be
responsible for all taxes, including personal income tax (income tax), which he should pay on
winnings according to the law applicable at his home country (location).
4. WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
4.1. The winner of the campaign will be selected randomly on www.tenkofx.com.
4.2. All registered participants will be divided into six equal groups. Then one group will be
selected by rolling a six-sided dice. Then it will be divided into further six groups with random
selection and thus until one winner is selected.
4.3. The groups will be equal in size unless the final number of participants of the campaign is
not a multiple of 6, then the sixth group will be formed on the leftover principle.
5. PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF TAKING PRIZES IN THE CAMPAIGN
5.1. After the subsequent round of drawing prizes, the Organizer will contact the winner within 5
(five) business days.
5.2. Money prizes will be transferred to the personal account of the Campaign participant.
Transferred money can be withdrawn without any restrictions.
5.3. The winner may not transfer his prize to a third party (otherwise it will be deemed a waiver of
prize).
5.4. The winner may waive the prize. In this case, the winner will sign a written prize money
waiver form.
5.5. Persons taking part in the TenkoFX advertising campaign give their consent to the use of
their personal info (full name, city/country of residence) and photo by the Organizer for
advertising or other purposes.

5.6. Persons taking part in the Campaign give their consent to the interview with the
representative of the Campaign Organizer, which can be used by the Organizer for advertising
purposes.
5.7. The administration of the advertising campaign reserves the right to deny the prize to the
participant if he has committed a fraud and/or violated the terms of the Campaign.
5.8. The Organizer will post all information about the time and terms and results of the
Campaign, early termination and list of Winners stating their full names on www.tenkofx.com.
5.9. The Organizer reserves the right to post additional information about the Campaign on the
above website.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. The terms of the Campaign are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in
Organizers sole discretion, if posted on www.tenkofx.com.
6.2. Participation in the Campaign means unconditional consent of the Participant to the above
terms of the Campaign.
6.3. All disputes and disagreements that may arise in connection with the advertising campaign
and its results shall be resolved by negotiation.
6.4. If the Winner of the Campaign refuses to comply with the terms and rules of the Campaign,
his participation will be cancelled.
